Railroad Commissioner Michael Williams will join the Grassroots Citizens of Dallas County on Monday, June 16 at 7:00 PM. We meet at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 10110 Shoreveiw Road in Dallas.
Michael L. Williams is the Chairman of the Railroad Commission of Texas, the state%u2019s oldest regulatory commission. He represents the Governor on the Southern States Energy Board.

A merger of the United States, Mexico, and Canada into a
North American Union superstate similar to the European Union is a real possibility if a plan being carried out under the Security and Prosperity Partnership is allowed to continue. Texans are already being affected by one of the plan%u2019s vital components, a NAFTA superhighway system that is now being described as the largest infrastructure project ever to be undertaken. With the job-destroying North America Free Trade Agreement as its foundation, the Security and Prosperity Partnership is a growing threat to our freedoms, security, and national sovereignty.
Please join us at a conference that will provide you important
information on how to get involved in stopping its implementation.

Hall Issue Tour Across Texas
Border Security, Property Taxes and Fiscal Restraint are Recurring Themes
Dallas, Texas %u2013 Members of the Texas Conservative Coalition (TCC) have held a series of town hall meetings across Texas that continued tonight with a gathering in Dallas. In previous town halls, constituents have focused their concerns primarily on border security and immigration reform, property taxes and spending and tax restraint.
%u201CWe want to hear what is on people%u2019s minds, and we want them to know that despite all the gridlock in Washington, conservative leaders in Austin are working hard to secure the border, lower property taxes, and keep spending under control,%u201D said Rep. Wayne Christian (R-Center), president of the Texas Conservative Coalition, the conservative caucus of the Texas Legislature.
A %u201Cyes%u201D vote will effectively prevent construction of a tollroad in the Trinity River levees, limiting any road built in the levees to four lanes and 35 miles per hour. A %u201Cno%u201D will allow a tollroad to be built inside the levees and the project to continue as planned.

Last November's election delivered a clear message. Whether disillusioned, disenfranchised, or disgusted, thousands of voters stayed home, and Dallas County suffered for it. That message has been delivered, and it is now time to rebuild our grassroots base. Some of you might remember an organization from the 1990s called "Grassroots Citizens of Dallas County". We are bringing back that organization for the simple purpose of identifying, recruiting, and mobilizing like-minded, common-sense conservatives, so that our base can be restored in Dallas County.
IT'S TIME.
