The Grassroots Citizens of Dallas County met last night to hear speakers from both sides of the Trinity Toll Road debate. Proposition 1 will be voted on by Dallas voters on November 6.
A %u201Cyes%u201D vote will effectively prevent construction of a tollroad in the Trinity River levees, limiting any road built in the levees to four lanes and 35 miles per hour. A %u201Cno%u201D will allow a tollroad to be built inside the levees and the project to continue as planned.
